Boggy Creek Plantation

Southeastern Farm Brokers recently had the pleasure of handling the turnkey sale and purchase of 1,826 acres in Calhoun County known as Boggy Creek Plantation.

Boggy Creek Plantation was assembled tract by tract over the last five decades. Having spent many years as a multiple family retreat, this farm has been in the ownership of one family for the last 12 years, who established strict management practices.

This farm’s location is one of its strongest attributes, lying along the Pachitla and Boggy Creeks, with breathtaking hardwoods, multiple age stands of pine timber, acres of food plots, and a healthy whitetail and turkey population.
