Josh Jordan

Josh Jordan has enjoyed a lifetime in the field – whether walking behind his favorite bird dogs, sitting in a duck blind with some of the best people on Earth, enjoying a barn-burner dove shoot or whispering sweet notes to a spring gobbler. Josh knows that this type of enjoyment requires a ton of work to be poured into the land.

What separates Josh and Southeastern Farm Brokers from others is the hands-on experience. From grooming a piece of undesirable land into a beautiful recreational tract or taking an old farm, whether pasture or timber, and creating a first-class income producing farm, they know what it takes.

This hard-earned experience has led to a lifetime of knowledge that Josh looks forward to passing along, one client at a time.

Jamie Daniels

Jamie Daniels knew early in life that the piney woods of South Georgia would forever be his home. With over twenty years of experience working, developing, and managing some of the most historic plantations in the Thomasville /Albany area, he knows what it takes to build and maintain a proper wild quail habitat. His grit and passion paid off when, for ten years, he got the opportunity to manage a vast assemblage in the Albany area – one which is now considered a premier wild bird plantation of the South.

His love of the land doesn’t stop at the dirt and plow. He is a proven field trial dog training champion with wins from Florida to Canada and everywhere in between. His passion for chasing those bird dogs around the country is only outweighed by his love for his wife and children, which is why he decided to turn his efforts closer to home and focus on real estate and farm development. He still chases his dogs around from time to time, but his primary focus is his family and the land that surrounds his home.

After spending a lifetime in the woods, Jamie has gained the insight needed to help you find the perfect type of property that you may be searching for and has given him the vision to show you that property’s full potential as a hunting tract or agricultural oasis. Whether he’s looking at the land through the windshield of a tractor or off of the back of a horse, he knows what it takes to make each client happy. Jamie Finlayson

Jamie Finlayson, known by friends as “Finn”, grew up in Southwest Georgia as part of a family with deep roots in agriculture and land stewardship. Finn has spent a lifetime on the farm, in the woods, and on the water with some of the best family, friends, and clients making a lifetime of memories, laughing hysterically, and sharing an embellished story or two about “the one that got away”. Finn knows the importance and appreciates the nuances of a weekend getaway, large tract of investment property or a working plantation all of which provides a retreat for rest and relaxation, a safe place to be yourself enjoying nature with a select group of family and friends and a legacy for future generations.

“I’ve been fortunate to have grown up with access to land and being surrounded by amazing family and friends that were outdoorsmen like me. Other than spending time with my wife and children, there’s no other place that I’d rather be than in the peace and tranquility of getting lost on a stroll through the woods soaking up the sights and sounds, scanning the skies on a dove field or out of a duck blind and occasionally waiting out a “good one” with one of my daughters in a deer stand.”

As a founding partner of Oak Ridge Land Holdings, Finn knows first-hand the processes involved in selecting the right property to fit your investment goals and recreational needs. He has spent many years making land improvements and maintenance decisions that required countless hours of “sweat equity” and planning to achieve the full potential of a property.

The experiences Finn has gained as an avid outdoorsman and landowner coupled with the lessons, he’s learned throughout the years of land management is what sets Southeastern Farm Brokers and Finn apart from the rest. He’s committed to helping each client see the land’s full potential in efforts to assist them with Always Buying the Best! Finn resides in Leesburg, GA with his wife Melanie and two daughters Bailey and Libby. Their family are members of Sherwood Baptist church, and their daughters attend Terrell Academy school. In their spare time, they enjoy traveling, spending time on the lake, watching their girls participate in sports and relaxing at Melanie’s family farm in Blakely, GA.

Staci Rose Jordan

Staci Rose as she is affectionately known around the world is a native of Dawson, Georgia. Having been raised in Terrell County with a mother in hometown banking for fifty years and father integrated in the farming and peanut industry, she developed an appreciation for the agricultural industry as well as highly productive land. She understands the numerous benefits of life in South Georgia.

After obtaining a Bachelor of Science degree from Georgia Southern University, Staci has immersed herself in learning the landscapes of different roles and corporate environments.

For more than twenty years, Staci has spent her professional career working in the healthcare industry in many areas of the United States. Having worked in this corporate environment and working predominantly in sales/marketing, she has learned superior skills in connecting and communicating with others. With the talent of a sharp business mind, an insatiable thirst for excellence, she is passionate about helping and assisting others.

Staci is the perfect fit as the Marketing Director of Southeastern Farm Brokers. Her creative vision can be found in the content of social media, photo and video shoots, as well as public relation strategies. Through Staci’s professional career experience and being a highly social soul, she is an invaluable asset of Southeastern Farm Brokers.

While those big city lights still call out Staci, she has come to appreciate and love the beauty that is in the land in which Southeastern Farm Brokers specializes.

Staci recognizes and values the trust clients place in SFB and she will strive every day to exceed the clients’ expectations.

Staci has two kids, Abigail 8 and Sumter 6. She volunteers to coach soccer and basketball in their leagues. Josh and Staci spend a great deal of time investing in these two and ensuring they too have a love of the outdoors and all the many benefits it offers.
