The Bush Farm

Southeastern Farm Brokers is pleased to bring the Bush Farm to market for only the second time in 92 years.

Conveniently located a few miles off of Interstate 75 exit 109 in Dooly county.

The Bush farm consists of 303 acres of merchantable pine timber and home to quit possibly the finest whitetail genetics in the State.

This tract borders a vast land holding known as the Holt Walton. During the restocking of Georgia’s deer population this is where the train stopped with the superior genetics of the Midwest and Northern Whitetail.

For the past twelve years this farm has been managed to grow and produce these large deer. Multiple corn feeders and an off-season protein feed regimen has paid off.

Not to make you bearanoid, but there is also a population of black bear located here with a season in September and October.

The Bush farm also contains a healthy wild turkey population.
